Hi dearest Shannon,
Oh wow, you have such a warm, compassionate heart and always see all sides and we truly are a “virtual” community…….and I thank you, not just for me on my journey, but also for these awesome bachelors who also put their trust and hearts in your hands. You are meant to do what you do. Thank you for reading between the lines …… it’s exactly that and even as a therapist myself I did not realise this until now… .. many guys right now are truly dealing with an unseen “enemy” with the pandemic and maybe us ladies need to be more understanding as they face challenges differently. And definitely, even more reason they seek genuine and authentic soulmates too – a burden shared is a burden halved, but always with optimism and determination, no whining!
I want to share something with you …….I have met the most fabulous guys through you I would never have found on my own. Mervin especially, he is so attentive and a gentleman even though an exciting challenge. I was not well and had to go for a COVID test. Not only did he wish me well last night, but he also checked on me before and after the procedure. The reason why I’m telling you this: I want to thank you for introducing me to this caring human being, who has meant much to me over the past 24 hours (I’ve never been in hospital before and was so scared – he made such a big difference to my mindset). I am cleared for take-off and just a few days rest, and our journey will continue!
Thank you for all the effort you put into helping us lonely souls. I appreciate you and hope that you’re also finding guidance and solutions to the challenges you face in this time, as you have kept us all going strong.
